Pricing and Payment

  • All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices displayed on our website are estimates only. Final pricing depends on the specific vehicle make, model, year, and complexity of the work required.
  • We provide upfront quotes before commencing any work. You are not obligated to proceed once a quote is provided.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship and parts. If you experience an issue with a key or service we have provided, contact us and we will assess and rectify the issue at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Destructive Entry

Our lockout services use non-destructive entry methods. While we take every precaution, in rare cases involving older or damaged vehicles, minor marks may occur. We will inform you of any risks before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Car Locksmith Sydney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Cancellations

You may cancel a service request at any time before our technician begins work. A call-out fee may apply if cancellation occurs after a technician has been dispatched to your location.
